• SSC in Data Science

• Age 20 to 30 years
• Only Male

Assist in the operation and maintenance of Auto Cutter, Injection molding machine, Plastic extruder, Vaccum forming machine.

Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all plastic machinery.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of chiller, Air Compressors, and Substation equipment (HT/LT panel, transformer, PFI, etc.).

Assist in the installation, servicing, and calibration of electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, control panels, relays, and sensors.

Programming knowledge of various types of Inverter/VFD.

Maintain machine logs and daily maintenance records as per factory standards.

Report abnormal machine behavior and assist in root cause analysis of technical issues.

Ensure safety procedures and compliance during maintenance operations.

Assist the maintenance supervisor/engineer in executing shutdown maintenance plans.

Monitor spare parts stock and assist in requisitioning and replacing parts.

Work closely with production and utilities teams to minimize downtime.
