Electric Repairing, Electrical (Power), Electrical Drawing, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, Electrical Maintenance, Electrical Safety, Electrical Substation, Electrical wiring diagrams.

Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Context:
∎ Applications are invited for the post of Electrical Supervisor (Construction Operation) having experience in Real Estate or similar industry.
∎ Electrical license A/B/C is Preferable.
∎ 07 - 08 years of work experience from reputed Real Estate / Developer Company.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
∎ Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have knowledge about electrical wiring & able to read necessary Cad Drawing.
∎ Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, CCTV, intercom, and other electrical systems.
∎ Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
∎ Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
∎ Install electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment for alarm and other systems.
∎ Install safety and distribution components.
∎ Safety and distribution components Connect wires to electrical circuits and networks that must have the correct knowledge to ensure the compatibility of components.
∎ To be able to fix and maintain AC/ Generator/ sub-Station/Light/ Fan/ Pump/ Electrical Wiring/ Other electrical items related to Real Estate sector.
∎ To follow instructions provided by Electrical Manager/ Management accordingly and promptly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need sound knowledge in computer applications.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
