Educational Requirements:
∎ BSC in Electrical & Electronics Engineer/ Mechanical Engineering from Govt. Institute/ Organization with good result.

Experience Requirements:
∎ Exp 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling daily maintenance activities
∎ Supervision of machinery used in the production of various pharmaceutical dosage forms (tablets, capsules and Liquid devices).
∎ Find out the problem and solve it.
∎ Planning and execution of preventive maintenance.
∎ Implement changes for maintenance system improvements.
∎ Trouble shooting of issues faced by machinery.
∎ Installation and maintenance of machinery, Electric, Electronics & Mechanicals equipment's.
∎ Plays role during purchase of machinery where mechanical parameters are utilized to purchase the best suitable machinery.
∎ Involved in construction and designing of machine sites.
∎ Replacement of any damaged parts.
∎ Maintain MTTR & MTBF.
∎ SAP knowledge.
∎ Good Knowledge about the mechanical system.
∎ Monitoring plant machinery, lift, compressor and all Mechanical section.
∎ Maintain plant SOP, submitting daily, weekly & monthly spare status to reporting boss.
∎ Ability to drawing.
∎ Ensure regular operation & maintenance of different pharmaceuticals machineries.
∎ Any other assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 5 years in Pharmaceuticals Company.
