∎ Workplace Work in Factory of H&S Glassware Ltd. at Kushtia
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assign tasks to employees of the shifts.
∎ Supervise staff to ensure that tasks are completed on time and according to safety laws.
∎ Order electrical materials needed for production support.
∎ Write up reports of employee behavior for early assessment.
∎ Keep work area clean and organized with the compliances of electrical safety rules.
∎ Motivates employees and offers incentives for strong work performances
∎ Makes sure proper support for daily production goals are met
∎ Inform superior and upper level management regarding daily operations
∎ Processes paperwork for HR or upper management as required
∎ Trains new employees
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 8 year(s) experience in relevant areas.
∎ Proven experience as production supervisor
∎ Deep knowledge of Electrical items, PLC, production safety management
∎ Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
∎ Experience in reporting on key production metrics
