∎ Diploma or Graduate in Electrical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and Execution of all electrical related works at real estate development projects
∎ Execution, installation, commissioning, monitoring, drawing, planning, and controlling of all electrical and fire protection system works in projects
∎ Verification of all types of electrical equipment's installations, wiring, fixtures, etc. according to the drawings
∎ Keep constant liaison and attend meetings with management, contractors, consultants, architects, team members, and other stakeholders
∎ Perform electrical systems & wiring related planning, drawing, and calculations.
∎ Ensure electrical safety & security of the project site
∎ Scheduling electrical works and ensure timely completion
∎ Solving various electrical-related issues
∎ Design of protection schemes, substation layouts, and other plant area electrical layouts
∎ Testing of electrical equipment to ensure that products meet specifications and codes. Inspection of all electrical equipment and materials delivered
∎ Assist installation, maintenance & commissioning of all types of substations (LT panel, HT panel, PFI panel, AVS, IVS, ATS) and Elevators on all ongoing projects
∎ Co-coordination & maintenance of all types of electromechanical works and maintenance programs where relevant
∎ Supervise the making & installation of MDB board, SDB board, canopy, etc.
∎ Any other related assignments Qualification
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Candidate who has experience in real state/ Developer Company will be given preference.
∎ Sound knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, Internet browsing, etc.
∎ Strong communication skill with positive mind-set, adaptability & flexibility.
