Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Electrical Engineering degree from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the construction, installation, and testing of electrical items in buildings and utility facilities including sub-station equipment and distribution mains.
∎ Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Review Contractor's work plans, specifications, and designs ensure proper installation and testing.
∎ Monitor project progress and report on any delays or issues.
∎ Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
∎ Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
∎ Prepare progress reports and other project-related documentation as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in field supervision of electrical items of infrastructure project.
∎ Strong leadership and project management skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Ability to manage multiple components of a project simultaneously.
