Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical, Diploma in Electronics, Diploma in Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Electrical, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Maintenance, Electrical/ Electronics, Electronic Design, Supervisor, Technical Drawing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring, supervision on all elector-mechanical work and maintenance work for our projects.
∎ Design & Drawing.
∎ Cost Estimation with fine knowledge and experience.
∎ Knowledge of Installation, testing and commissioning work of elector-mechanical equipment.
∎ Prepared, Study and modify existing design by Auto Cad as per requirement by management.
∎ knowledge of electrical with fire safety working drawing & design for commercial and residential high rise building as per BNBC, NEC, IEC & NFPA etc.
∎ Perform the IT related work (CCTV, PABX, satellite) by planning, designing and installation.
∎ Must be handling capability of Contractor, Supplier and technicians.
∎ To be prepared and maintain all documentation work (Estimate, budget, Log Book, Register, Note sheet, CS, Work Order, Bill, Adjustment etc.) as per requirement.
∎ Updated and good communication skill (by mobile/email/internet and others) with management, projects, supplier, contractor and subordinate.
∎ Work support mentality as 24X7 for the emergency situations.
∎ Any Other's duties as when order by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of cost estimation, design & drawing. Must be able to perform supervisory roles. Must be flexible to be posted at our project site anywhere in Bangladesh.
