∎ Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in the construction industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, codes, and standards.
∎ Proficiency in using electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit MEP).
∎ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop detailed electrical designs and drawings for building systems, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm systems, and telecommunications.
∎ Conduct load calculations, voltage drop analysis, and short-circuit studies.
∎ Prepare specifications and technical documentation for electrical systems.
∎ Select appropriate electrical equipment and materials.
∎ Supervise the installation and testing of electrical systems on construction sites.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
∎ Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient execution of electrical work.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that may arise during construction.
∎ Assist project managers in developing project schedules and budgets related to electrical work.
∎ Monitor progress and report on the status of electrical installations.
∎ Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise.
∎ Stay abreast of the latest advancements in electrical engineering and building technologies.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
