∎ Educational qualification is relaxable for experience (In this case practical working skill must be in minimum 5 factories, 5 buildings & 20 machines)

∎ Good knowledge in Electro-Mechanical design, estimation, and drawing. Must have practical experience of maintaining commercial buildings. Computer knowledge is a must. Should have Modern system adaptability and creativity capable for fault findings and installation of electrical equipment. Should be dynamic, self-motivated, energetic, pro-active, well organized, self driven & have good personality.

∎ Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully.
∎ Must be in sound health condition.
∎ Practical experience is must in this position
∎ Proper knowledge in Troubleshoot electrical machine

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare plans, specifications & cost estimates for installation on electric line and other electrical related issues.
∎ Visit & supervisions of all types of electrical works, estimates, load calculation, consumable materials, substation layout making ELB & DPDC work, quantity check, making closing report etc.
∎ Communication & lobbing for utility connections such as DPDC, BPDB, DESCO, REB etc.
∎ Determine the type and arrangement of circuits, transformers, circuit-breakers, transmission lines and other equipment.
∎ Assist to the superior for planning, design and development for any expansion as well as new project.
∎ Maintenance of Utility lines of Projects.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Ensure that working areas, tools, working-gears are kept tidy and clean.
∎ Computerized Maintenance System usage
∎ Estimates, execution and planning of large volume of project for Internal Electrification, Sub-Station, Generator, Fire Detection System, CCTV System, LAN & WI-FI System, Audio paging System etc. works.
∎ Electrical engineers are responsible for the implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at the site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.
