Educational Requirements:
∎ Having Graduation / Post Graduation of Electronic and Electrical Engineering (EEE)
∎ Skills Required: practical construction project

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Designing, Drafting, Installation Erection, Operation Maintenance, Planning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures that all the works are done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications and all applicable standards whether local, national, or international standards.
∎ To co-ordinate with Electrical Contractor for Electrification, Execution, Erection & Commissioning.
∎ Review inspection reports and records of Quality Control carried out on completed and running Project activities.
∎ Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on a daily basis for all electrical groups at the site.
∎ Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates, and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
∎ Support the Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the electrical discipline at the site
∎ Ensure power supply is available at site and Save energy by disconnecting unwanted loads.
∎ Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Asst. Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site
∎ Estimates prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 6 years of practical construction experiences.
∎ Preferable 5-star hotel experience or High rise building experience candidates.
∎ The ideal candidate should well be conversant with reading and understanding drawings and coordinating with other disciplines agencies and foreign consultants.
∎ Previous hotel experience will be an added advantage.
∎ Should be experienced in AutoCAD, MS office and others related software.

Salary: Negotiable
