Job Context:
∎ National Energy Services Limited (NESL) a company incorporated in Bangladesh provides a wide range of services for employment of National and Expatriate personnel to Oil & Gas, Telecommunication, Power and Construction sectors in Bangladesh.
∎ One of our prospective client working in infrastructure projects in Bangladesh is looking for services for the mentioned position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervises the field construction of a project including technical solutions its organization planning and scheduling in order to complete the work on time, within budget, and to quality specified Responsible to project and promote the interest of the Project in all matters.
∎ Job Description
∎ • Gives specialized support for M&E construction operations
∎ - Determine the need for specialized technical support & contact the responsible Site Team for availability
∎ - Obtain the required support & Develop implementation plan
∎ - Implement support plan and monitor through complete
∎ • M&E Construction Operation
∎ - Establish craft personnel requirements and initiate hiring and management
∎ - Establish and publish working hours, designated breaks, overtime and shift work requirements
∎ - Manage the construction activities of the onsite Contractors
∎ - Develop and implement a construction equipment and small tools plan
∎ - Develop a temporary facilities plan and implement such as temporary fire- fighting, temporary lighting, etc.
∎ - Manage site surveying activities
∎ - Mitigate risk by implementing a proactive plant operations interface
∎ - Establish technical support requirements
∎ - Establish project demobilization requirements for Construction Operation.
∎ • Site Health, Safety, Environmental
∎ - Ensure Contractors and Suppliers comply with safety requirements
∎ • Site Quality Planning
∎ - Develop the site security plan with the Site Manager
∎ - Define Site quality requirement for the site quality plan
∎ • Site Quality Manual
∎ - Define elements required to prepare the Site Quality Manual
∎ • Construction Involvement in other Quality Activities
∎ - Implement the construction aspects of the Criticality Rating System
∎ - Be proactive in handling Client concerns or complaints
∎ • Test & Commissioning
∎ - Implement the system punch list process and perform construction testing at the Testing and Turnover phase
∎ Any other responsibilities assign by the management as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ More than 4 years experience in corresponding field
∎ Familiar with various construction methods and materials their characteristics installation procedures and tolerances
∎ Computer Skills: Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office suite of programs
∎ Extensive experience with MS Project Proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software
∎ English written and oral communications required
