Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical Engineering from any reputed institute. No third class or CGPA below 2.5 in any academic degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation and Maintenance of Electrical Systems i.e. Substation, Diesel Generator, Bus Bar Trunking (BBT), Power Distribution, Solar Systems, for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
∎ Operation and Maintenance of Low Voltage Systems i.e. Intercom, CCTV, Access Control, Attendance, Car parking Management, Internet, Fire Detection & Alarm, Public Address(PA) Systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
∎ Trouble shooting of electrical & low voltage equipment's/systems.
∎ Preparing standard operating procedure (SOP) of Operation & Maintenance of electrical & low voltage equipment's/systems.
∎ Generate regular (daily, weekly, monthly) report of operation of electrical & low voltage systems.
∎ Saving electricity cost by optimum usage of electro-mechanical systems.
∎ Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
∎ Direct and coordinate installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and user requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years work experience in maintaining electrical systems of a large commercial / office building.
∎ Proficient typing skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Generate report in Microsoft Excel.
∎ Operating AutoCAD 2D Software.
∎ Read electrical drawings and generate as built drawings.
∎ Smart communication Skills.
