Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluating electrical systems, components and applications by designing and conducting research programs. Applying knowledge of electricity and materials. Confirming system's and component's capabilities by designing testing methods; testing properties.
∎ Installation, Operation, maintenance and repair to ensure that machines and equipment's are installed and functioning according to specifications and SOP's
∎ Follow up and execute scheduled maintenance work & ensure work completion as planned.

∎ Developing and evaluating the design of SLD, Electrical as-built layout
∎ Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and to make recommendations.

∎ Knowledge on reducing the energy consumption.
∎ Audit daily maintenance activities like cleaning, Duct line cleaning, lubricating performed by mechanics..
∎ Ensure projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
∎ Day-to-day working progress report to the supervisor.
∎ Examine needs on new equipment, calculate costs and help prepare budgets.
∎ Sourcing, negotiation and finalizing all the electrical materials for projects.
∎ Preparing Scheduling and execution for periodic maintenance of projects
∎ Follow up all designs, drawings and specifications according to the project Standards.
∎ Design, Implement, maintain and improve electrical/instruments, equipment, facilities and components, products, SOP and systems.
∎ Discuss, observing existing strategies and techniques and coordinate manufacturing, installation, fault finding, investigation, repair & Modification and testing activates to ensure compliance with specifications, safety codes, firefighting, health & safety equipment's for improvement and submitting to all forms of evaluation during the erection and commissioning period.
∎ Prepare specifications for purchase of material and equipment.
∎ Prepare electrical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information as per trends.
∎ Manage budget and project resources, dealing with pproject materials suppliers.
∎ Coordinate with consultant for the preparation of design, drawing and BOQ of the Project.
∎ Should have the ability to deal with DESCO / REB related issues such as billing, insufficient power-line maintaining, new line sanction paper work and agreement & deeds.
∎ Meet 100% project handover deadline.
∎ Yearly Budget preparation, submission and approval for all maintenance works for projects.
∎ Prepare and publish yearly maintenance report and fixing next year action.
∎ Initiate and maintain annual maintenance contract for elevator and generator.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At most 4-5 years in similar field.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and for long period of time.
∎ Pro-active, smart, self-motivated and disciplined.
∎ Bright & confident personality.
