Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet with clients to understand their objectives and needs
∎ Prepare electrical drawings as per the project requirements
∎ Establish construction and installation standards by performing complex calculations
∎ Resolve design and development issues
∎ Cooperate and liaison with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
∎ Source all the required electrical items to ensure best price and quality
∎ Manage budgets and projects resources, dealing with project materials suppliers
∎ Prepare quotations of electrical works
∎ Prepare purchase order, scheduling material equipment purchases and deliveries
∎ Estimate material, labor and construction costs for budget preparation.
∎ Prepare monthly construction budget, check the bills and settle with the Accounts Department
∎ Maintain and improve all electrical equipments and facilities, ensure monthly servicing
∎ Ensure projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
∎ Visit site to ensure work is progressing as per projection
∎ Meet with existing and potential clients and team weekly, monthly; report to the departmental head about the work progress
∎ Day-to-day working progress report to the supervisor
∎ Meet 100% project handover deadline
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 to 10 years of experience in electrical construction.
∎ Additional Job Requirements:
∎ Very good communication skill - verbal and written
∎ Sound knowledge in computer
∎ Young and energetic; interested to build a career in Indesore.
∎ Very much target oriented
∎ Good team player
∎ Smart and positive attitude
