Job Context:
∎ Job Summary: Evaluating electrical systems, components and applications by designing and conducting research programs. Applying knowledge of electricity and materials. Confirming system’s and component’s capabilities by designing testing methods; testing properties.

∎ Report to (Direct) Head of Construction
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation, Operation, maintenance and repair to ensure that machines and equipment's are installed and functioning according to specifications and SOP's
∎ Coordinate with consultant for the preparation of design, drawing and BOQ of the Project.
∎ Develop and follow up all designs, drawings and specifications according to the project standards.
∎ Coordinate manufacturing, installation, investigation, repair and testing activates to ensure compliance with specifications, safety codes, firefighting, health & safety equipment's for improvement
∎ Work on reducing the overall energy consumption.
∎ Examine needs on new equipment, calculate costs and help prepare budgets.
∎ Sourcing, negotiation and finalizing all the electrical materials for projects.
∎ Follow up and execute scheduled maintenance work & ensure work completion as planned.
∎ Prepare electrical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information as per trends.
∎ Manage budget and project resources, dealing with project materials suppliers.
∎ Should have the ability to deal with DESCO / REB related issues such as billing, insufficient power-line maintaining, new line sanction paper work and agreement & deeds.
∎ Yearly Budget preparation, submission and approval for all maintenance works for projects.
∎ Ensure projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
∎ Preparing electrical expense bill for settlement of projects
∎ Fire equipment maintenance and trouble-shooting for projects
∎ Initiate and maintain annual contract for elevator and generator
Additional Requirements:
∎ At most 4-5 years in similar field.
∎ Should have enough knowledge about AutoCAD 2D.
∎ Can do the SLD according to BNBC.
∎ Should have enough knowledge about electrical load calculation.
∎ Should have enough knowledge about Factory Audit such as RSC, Nirapon & any Kind of third-party audit.
∎ Should have enough knowledge about the HVAC System implementation
∎ Should have enough knowledge about the residential, commercial & industrial building electrical wiring design.
∎ Should have enough knowledge about the generator installation, commissioning & testing including synchronization.
∎ Should have enough knowledge about maintenance of substation, Generator & AC
