Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in EEE.
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD, Communication, Computer skill, Electrical / Electronics.

Job Context:
∎ Work place : Work at Project area.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He will be responsible for installation; preventive and corrective works of BBT work Generators, Substations, HVAC, Fire fighting, cooling towers works.
∎ Lead Worker teams in the Working areas.
∎ Ensure day to day operation and maintenance works are being carried out in right order.
∎ Mandatory knowledge and requirements of BBT work, Auto CAD, Fire Work, Sub-station & HVAC.
∎ He will coordinate with the client Engg. Department / Authorized person for the quality of work at site.
∎ Liaise with consultants, contractors, and PM / PD.
∎ He will ensure that all works are carried out as per approved design drawings, documents, contract technical specifications, and quality plans as per local and international standards.
∎ He will be responsible and ensure the correct method statement is followed along with the checklist in place.
∎ He will verify the materials received at the site and carry out material inspection as per the approved samples.
∎ He will maintain the joint measurement, bills and will report & assist the Clint representative on the day-to-day activities.
∎ He will monitor the material availability at the site and forecast the material requirement and inform the Authority / Representative in advance.
∎ He will meet the schedule and targets as assigned by the authority / Client and raise the flag on missing targets.
∎ Ensure safety and implement safe practices and make the site accident free zone.
∎ Coordination with Civil, Interiors, and Electrical & IT departments and ensure smooth flow of works.
∎ Prepare utility invoices, various utility reports and any other works assigned by Authority.
∎ To supervise the team members for ensuring the quality works at the project level

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ AutoCAD, Communication, Computer skill.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Industrial, Real Estate.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial, Real Estate.
∎ Proven working experience in similar role
∎ In-depth understanding of BBT, Substations, Generators, Cable Tray work and Industrial electrical works.
∎ An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
∎ A team player with good organizational and multitasking abilities
∎ Excellent communication skill with attention to detail
∎ Minimum 08 to 10 years experience as Electrical Engineer in Industry and High rise buildings / Real Estate.
∎ Long time & Hard-working mentality.
∎ Must be able to take responsibility with honesty, sincerity, and professionalism
∎ Must have a mentality to work in a group company with multiple tasking and responsibilities.

Salary: Negotiable
