∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 7-10 years experience required in the relevant fields
∎ Must be well-groomed, presentable and possess amiable personality
∎ Familiar with BNBC and other related rules and regulations
∎ Excellent client communication skills and professionalism
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
∎ Must be able to work outdoor and in house.
∎ Must have finishing material knowledge.
∎ Candidates from public universities will be given preference
∎ Candidates with previous experience in construction field will be given preference

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capable to Communication with Government Office at every Stage.
∎ Must have e-gp tender knowledge (submission & all paper works).
∎ Mandatory knowledge of Auto CAD (2D/3D).
∎ Communication with client to meet up their requirement & amp; delivery job on given time.
∎ Budget preparation and follow up for modification work as per requirement of the clients
∎ To assist renovation works (as and when required at site)
∎ Checking contractor's bill for additional work
∎ Visit sites with clients upon requirement
∎ Follow up ongoing and pending client requests for interior or maintenance work (if any)
