Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dorsch Consult is looking for Electrical Engineer for one of the Oil & Gas projects being implemented in Bangladesh. The candidate should be preferably Graduate (Electrical) or equivalent. The candidate should have minimum 8 Years of work experience in the relevant field into construction supervision, installation.
∎ Report to engineering manager for all technical matters
∎ Review Detail Design Documents submitted by Contractor
∎ Construction Supervision
∎ Involve in Certifying invoices submitted by Contractor
∎ Assist in claim Settlement with Contractor
∎ Supervise planning and scheduling activities including Contractor's Master and Detailed schedule
∎ Supervise budget and cost control activities
∎ Supervise the Construction Contractor's performance for procurement, and constructionactivities
∎ Coordinate and supervise in terms ofschedule, quality, and cost
∎ Review and evaluate Contractor's Quality System for its adequacy incompliance with Client / Stakeholders
∎ Perform quality surveillance for Contractors' QA/QC program and performance
∎ Maintain close working relationship with Contractor's QA/QC representativesand their staff
∎ Maintain the QA/QC documents and records to be submitted by the Contractor
∎ Supervise the Contractor's activities, and give instructionsas and when necessary including to minimize the adverse environmental impacts to thesite and its surroundings according to Safeguard Policy Statement
∎ Review the Contractor's project control procedures, recording, and reporting
∎ methods
∎ Prepare periodic forecasts of costs to complete the Project
∎ Reconcile cost control procedures and records, with accounting recorded costs in
∎ projecting final cost of the Project
∎ Supervise during Testing and Commissioning
∎ Review and approve As Built Drawings
∎ Provide Services during Defects Liability Period

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 60 years
∎ Desired Profile of the Candidate:
∎ Resourceful individual who is pro-active, independent and preferably with relevant experience in Oil & Gas Sector in the Middle East or Far East Asia
∎ Good at innovation and visualisation required forProject implementation
∎ Pleasant Attitude with a positive approach.
∎ Multitasking, sincere, honest and confident
∎ Working knowledge of standard office & Engineering Software.
∎ Male Candidates preferred
