Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, Drawing and BOQ Preparation
∎ Supervision & Monitoring.
∎ To check quality of supplied materials
∎ To monitor work schedule
∎ To monitor healthy & safety
∎ Checking of contractor's bill.
∎ Design coordination and related work.
∎ Monitor current projects and determining project changes.
∎ Coordinate all partner activities to keep workflow on track.
∎ Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
∎ Communicate with Owner to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
∎ Prepare project execution document according to Owner requirement.
∎ Manage project-related documents and drawings, be registered in recording book and keep in order.
∎ Project development-related working.
∎ Other workings assigned by the leader.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Essential skills for verbal and written English and strong attention to detail.
∎ Should have computer skills with MS Office & Auto CAD, Microsoft packages.
∎ The candidate must be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic
∎ Willing to work in an extended time
∎ Good communication skills
