Job Context:
∎ NRC is looking for an Education Project Manager to join the Bangladesh mission. The role holder will be responsible for the implementation of the Education project portfolio for the Area Office in Bangladesh.
∎ If you are an influential, diplomatic, and collaborative leader; with good negotiation and communication skills; who has a track record of fostering a collaborative environment and building and leading collaborative, engaging, and effective teams; and the ability to build constructive relationships with external parties, then this is the role for you.
∎ **This position is open to Bangladeshi Nationals only**
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Education strategy and project development.
∎ Education project implementation (activities, budget and project documentation) in line with strategies, proposals, and donor requirements.
∎ Technical direction and assurance of high quality of projects.
∎ Project budget development and management.
∎ People leadership by identifying and recruiting staff; as well as providing mentorship and support; and capacity building, transfer of skills, and training.
∎ Stakeholder management.
∎ Monitoring and evaluation system development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Humanitarian legal aid mid-senior project management experience in a humanitarian / recovery context.
∎ Education project implementation in Bangladesh and Rohingya refugee camps proven track record.
∎ Donor reports and proposals, budget management, team management, and stakeholder management experience.
∎ Complex and volatile context exposure.
∎ Bangladesh, and Rohingya Refugee camps, context exposure and knowledge, pertaining to displacement and humanitarian needs.
∎ English fluency, both written and verbal.
