Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the whole operation, implementation, supervision and execution and Prepare effective planning and monitoring system for overall electrical works and progress.
∎ Review the project in detail to create bar-chart, schedule deliverables, and estimate costs.
∎ Study drawings and execution, installation, commissioning, monitoring and controlling of all electrical, fire detection and fire protection system works of the project.
∎ Keep up to date with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements and ensure compliance through administering effective monitoring systems, recording/checking/filing of certifications and auditing.
∎ Understand technical status of electrical works of the entire project and monitor action status of problems.
∎ Verification of all types of electrical equipment's installations, wiring, fixtures, etc. according to the drawings and specifications.
∎ Coordination with all types of electromechanical works and maintenance programs where relevant.
∎ Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field.
∎ Elaborates construction feasibility analysis evaluating the available materials and drawings.
∎ Responsible for piping erection operations and pipe support installation, equipment erection in accordance with schedule of procedures, specifications, priorities and availability of construction drawings.
∎ Responsible for fulfilling commissioning and pre-commissioning requirements of the project.
∎ Keep constant liaison and attend meetings with management, contractors, consultants, architects, team members and other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure that the function operates in accordance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare different daily, weekly and monthly progress reports as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication (written/verbal both) in English.
∎ Knowledge in Russian language will be added as advantage.
∎ Working experience with GOST standard and certifications.
∎ Professional competency in Auto CAD/Solid works.
∎ Ability to learn sophisticated design and costing.
∎ Should be able to write clear and precise reports
∎ In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.
∎ Strong project management skills for complex and simultaneous project assignment priorities.
∎ Ability to lead or participate in multi-functional international teams.
