∎ To work with BRB Hospitals family members, we are looking for a professional & qualified Duty Manager, Customer Care Services who will be expert in handling all kind of customer care service related activities of a Hospital. His responsibilities, but not be limited to be mentioned as follows:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication Skill: Oral fluency in Bangla and English, Confident tone, correct and well-structured conversation and written skill.
∎ Have to be smart, good looking, energetic, self-motivated and ambitious to deal with customer.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Receive, welcome & attend the needs of customers and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
∎ Must have advanced situational judgment -ability to know what is needed to satisfy the customers.
∎ Resolves service related problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; assembling and forwarding information.
∎ Any other responsibilities may be assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having working experience in Corporate Level Hospital will get preference;
∎ Strong Communication and interpersonal Skills;
∎ Computer skill and good typing skill.
