Job Context:
∎ We are currently seeking HGV (Customer Service Delivery manager with HGV License) to join our driving team in UK and be a part of our company`s continued growth, and our venture into new market streams.
∎ To succeed within this role, you will be a people person and problem solver with a real drive to deliver results, as part of the "driving team" you are the face of our business and invaluable to our continued success.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ HGV / LGV Class 2 license (be able to drive truck in UK) need Bangladesh License for HGV and we will provide training in UK till you pass UK test.
∎ Multi drop experience is preferable.
∎ Physically fit due to nature of the job including heavy lifting.
∎ Strong logistical and geographical knowledge.
∎ Good People and customer service skills as payments are to be taken.
∎ Ability to adapt and have flexibility in role.
∎ Due to the nature of our business, you would be required to work bank holidays.
∎ Initial training will be provided & uniform. (During training period before UK HGV license is obtained, company will provide Accommodation and food only, and salary will only start after UK HGV license is obtained and you are on management driving seeing clients and getting new business and collecting cash and delivering goods, you will train on trucks and go out on vehicles to learn the route,) if you fail to obtain UK HGV license within 12 weeks, you will be Sent Back to Bangladesh.
∎ You can obtain your own accommodation after training period or company can provide one for which rents will be charged.
∎ You will be able to take your spouse and under age children with you.
∎ ALL Fees for UK government are payable by you.
∎ You will go out with an Assistant and will be his manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Will need IELTS min 4.5 score to apply. and clean TB test report.
∎ Work day Sunday to Thursday (some nights out possible after probationary period).
∎ HGV / LGV Class 2 license (be able to drive truck in UK) need Bangladesh License for HGV and we will provide training in UK till you pass UK test.

Salary:
∎ We can offer a salary of £26,500 per annum starting moving to £30,000 per annum after 1 year with bonus (including bonuses) for a 5-day working week.
