Job Responsibilities:
∎ Driver of Rangpur Divisional Office will ensure safe vehicle driving while strictly obeying Govt. rules and regulations along with Plan International Bangladesh Policy on vehicle management, security of vehicle & passengers, support to administration, vehicle log book maintain, vehicle maintenance. Building Relationship with Others NGO's drivers, Partner NGOs, staff members and other stakeholders.
∎ Take necessary measures for vehicle repair and maintenance in coordination with workshop and Administration department.
∎ Keeping vehicle documents (Fitness, Insurance, Tax token etc) up to date.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for safe vehicle driving, timely vehicle maintenance, support to admin department on their day to day activities, safety security ensures of vehicle and passengers.
∎ The driver will follow the vehicle schedule and instruction issued coordinate accordingly.
∎ Working in close consultation with the Asst. Admin Manager of the Division, Project Admin, third party Driver's and staff members for ensure on time vehicle support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 04-06 years of working experience in driving light/medium weight vehicle, preferably in any INGO/NGO/GO or private organisation.
∎ Must have a valid driving licence from BRTA. Basic knowledge of vehicle trouble shooting in case of emergency.
