Job Context:
∎ The Role: The role of Driver performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
∎ Contract type: Fixed Term till 31 August 2021

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide safe, efficient & smooth driving and manage of Vacuum Truck for Oxfam GB Cox's Bazar Programme
∎ Be responsible for the routine maintenance and cleaning of Cox's Bazar programme Vacuum Truck (including regular mechanical and fuel checks, overseeing workshop servicing and repairing of vehicles, ensuring warranties are availed for Vacuum Truck, technical knowledge of loading and unloading sludge in Vacuum Truck),
∎ Be responsible to maintain accurate log records and produce monthly vehicle reports as per the direction of concerned supervisory,
∎ Provide back up support in absence of messenger/guard as and when required,
∎ Provide administrative support to the Cox's Bazar programme as may be required from time to time. This may be including office upkeep, shifting office goods, photocopying for various purposes etc.
∎ Performed any other responsibilities reasonably assigned by the concerned managers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent driving skills
∎ At least 3 years driving experience with valid driving license
∎ Vehicle maintenance skills
∎ Ability to maintain accurate log records
∎ Good time keeping
∎ Fluent in speaking and writing Bengali and conversational and reading skill in English
∎ Commitment to the aims and objectives of Oxfam

Salary:
∎ BDT. 316,810 (13 months) plus 10% market supplement with other benefits e.g. medical for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave & insurance, etc.
