Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ At least 10 years of proven safe driving experience.
∎ Experience or completion of an approved Vehicle driving course.
∎ Previous experience driving for expatriate organizations, UN agencies, or other diplomatic missions & bonafied owners / Industrialist single job with minimum 5 years working history in one place.
∎ Must be in good health.Strict obedience to traffic rules and regulations set by the government of Bangladesh.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
∎ Primarily to drive and safely operate the residence transport pool vehicles.
∎ Candidate must be flexible in terms of working hours in line with the requirements of the job and operational needs.
∎ Most of the daily work is within Dhaka City but the incumbent will be expected to go to outside at short notice as and when required.
∎ Candidate must also have a positive, friendly, can-do attitude & prove to be a team player.
∎ Ability to travel out of Dhaka and work non-standard hours when work demands dictate; and ability to drive safely and in difficult situations and to remain calm.
∎ The incumbent must hold an accurate valid driving licence and ensure it remains valid.
∎ ROLES & RESPONSIBILTES:
∎ Driving and operating the residence transport pool vehicles in a safe manner
∎ Drive the vehicles safely within the legal requirements of the Government of Bangladesh
∎ Be flexible in terms of hours in line with the requirements of the job and business needsCarry out daily checks i.e. engine oil level, brake fluid level, radiator, battery level, clutch fluid level, exterior lights, tyre pressures, etc. as specified in the driver’s daily check list to monitor & control
∎ Maintain vehicle logbook -mileage, petrol consumption, and records of visit
∎ Must check the dash camera (front & rear) before starting any journey every time to ensure these are working properly
∎ Keep the assigned vehicles clean and roadworthy condition always
∎ The ability to do basic email, WhatsApp is essentialSupport the residence transport section activities outside of normal working hours
∎ Report time to time renew the documents of vehicles from regulatory authority.
