Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum H.S.C./ Diploma in Engineering from any reputed institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dredger, dredger maintenance, Dredging
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring that the dredger, booster and support craft run optimally and safely as per the HSE requirements.
∎ Ensuring maximum daily production in accordance with the operational capabilities of the dredgers and the boosters as per the project requirements.
∎ Managing and monitoring budget and planning in agreement with the Site In-Charge on a day to day basis and provide the dredge supervisor with weekly financial reports.
∎ Providing accurate information to dredge supervisor on work done/ performance, accidents/ delays, status of assets and work forecasts aligned with project requirements.
∎ Planning the maintenance schedule and informs the management timely for dredger and spare parts requirements for the deck site.
∎ Providing guidance towards operational dredging crew; if issues cannot be solved.
∎ Cooperates constructively and efficiently with dredging crew, and members on a regular basis.
∎ Coordinates and executes of the performance evaluation process for all operational dredging crew
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ IHC (Netherland) dredging engine experienced preferable
∎ Minimum 6 years relevant experience as a Master in any dredging company
∎ Ability and willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Highly motivated with good time management skills.
∎ Energetic, hardworking and flexible.
