Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Architecture

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Have to control all related documents of project’s Architecture Team
∎ - Works include dealing with drawings, construction documents, and others
∎ - Daily/Weekly/Monthly report preparation
∎ - Close cooperation with civil & architectural engineers and other related teams
∎ - Subcontractor management and subcontractors' documents controlling
∎ - Vendor management and vendors cost settlement works
∎ - Must be able to conduct QS (Quantity Survey)
∎ - Other works assigned by the Team Leader and Team Manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Only those with engineering background in civil and/or architecture will be selected for interview

Salary: Negotiable
