Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: BMDC registration
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute clinical expertise to patient care and provide guidance to medical assistants.
∎ Perform administrative duties and health risk management.
∎ Ensure highest standards in patient care.
∎ Verify complex diagnoses and facilitate treatment plans.
∎ Hiring, supervising and mentoring medical assistants.
∎ Manage allocated budgets and identify areas of improvement in patient care.
∎ Keep informed on advancements in the field of and contributing to medical programs and patient care.
∎ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
∎ Conduct age verification for new joiners and all potential employees.
∎ Conduct periodic follow up of pregnant employees and sustain nutrition programs for pregnant employees.
∎ Conduct periodic training of First Aiders and ensure relevant compliance guidelines.
∎ Report to senior management as well as liaise between administrative and medical staffs.
∎ Ensure consistent and accurate medical record keeping practices.

∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 27000 - 45000 (Monthly)
