∎ Performing detailed physical assessments to evaluate patients' symptoms, medical history, and overall health status.
∎ Determining the root cause of illnesses based on patient symptoms and medical history.
∎ Recommending medications, therapies, or lifestyle modifications to address diagnosed conditions.
∎ Tracking treatment responses and making adjustments as needed.
∎ Communicating diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care measures clearly to patients.
∎ Coordinating with nurses, specialists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
∎ Documenting medical histories and treatment plans while safeguarding patient confidentiality.
