Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ Candidates completed CCD (Certificate Course on Diabetology) &/or MPH are preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Point of contact between NNBD and service provider
∎ Responsible for Coordinating PSP program at service providers end and maintain quality of services
∎ Ensure all necessary measures are implemented to meet the PV obligations agreed by the service provider in the SDEA.
∎ Ensure all Safety Information (all safety cases and/or other customer complaints) received from patients are transferred to PVRP of NNBD asper SDEA.
∎ Perform Source Data Verification (SDV).
∎ Perform monthly reconciliation of adverse events asper SDEA with PVRP, NNBD
∎ Perform Quality checks of the Pharmacovigilance (PV) data asper SDEA to ensure that reports of customer complaints and/or other safety information are not missed and documentation of QC results
∎ Ensure that all PSP personnel are properly trained, and all training records are documented
∎ Provide required trainings to diabetes educators and ensure training records are in place
∎ Implement PSP monitoring plan
∎ Ensure Physician's consent has been taken before HCP registration and records are documented
∎ Ensure Patient's consents has been taken by the Diabetes Educator prior enrolling the patient & the consent has been documented.
∎ Ensure all medical information Query (MIQ) received from patients are transferred to NNBD
∎ Share Monthly Report with PSP Manager on due time
∎ Day-to-day supervision of the PSP activities
∎ Record keeping, and maintenance of Files (Soft/Hard copy)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
