Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To provide daily health service, treatment, advice & suggestion to management staff and workers.
∎ To provide advise regarding medical leave to workers and management staff also
∎ To provide medical checkup for pregnant women workers
∎ To ensure age verification of newly recruited workers
∎ To provide first aid treatment of injuries of factory workers
∎ To prepare monthly injury list of workers and according to disease prepare patient record
∎ To develop awareness program material for the workers each month based on analysis
∎ To prepare monthly medicine requirement and raise requisition to Admin Department.
∎ To provide training on first aid to the floor representatives.
∎ To Inspect and visit floor in aspect of workers health issues and inform management to take action.
∎ To attend monthly health safety related committee meeting and provide suggestions.
