Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS degree from reputed medical college.
∎ Private Medical College preferred

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer telephone promptly and in a polite professional manner.
∎ Obtain and enter accurate demographic information in to electric medical record system.
∎ Schedule appointments-call taking.
∎ Answer questions and offer information, as requested,to provide patient-focused service and a positive impression of the organization.
∎ Use sound judgment in handling calls, especially with upset patients.
∎ Understanding of when to escalate calls to concerns.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Work in compliance with all medical policies.
∎ Interested to work in call center.
∎ Tech-savvy.
∎ Must be flexible in Roster.
∎ Job location will be in Karwan Bazar.

Salary: Tk. 21500 (Monthly)
