∎ Fluent in Bangla and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the onboarding process for new specialist doctors and healthcare professionals on the Shukhee platform.
∎ Maintain continuous communication with all service providers to ensure alignment with Shukhee’s standards and protocols.
∎ Build and manage relationships with medical experts, specialists, and partner clinics.
∎ Serve as the primary liaison between Shukhee and its entire network of healthcare service providers (doctors, coaches, diagnostic partners, etc.).
∎ Regularly share updates, service changes, and platform information with providers.
∎ Respond to provider queries and resolve communication-related issues in a timely manner.
∎ Review and verify all health-related content to be shared on social media and other public platforms.
∎ Work with the marketing team to ensure medical accuracy and ethical compliance in all public communication.
∎ Coordinate with doctors and experts for content contributions.
∎ Assist in planning and executing health awareness campaigns (e.g., World Health Days, monthly health themes).
∎ Engage doctors and health coaches to participate in live sessions, Q&A, or write-ups for awareness drives.
∎ Monitor service delivery quality, responsiveness, and provider performance across all platforms.
∎ Generate regular reports on service utilization, provider engagement, and communication outcomes.
∎ Highlight gaps or areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
∎ Design and implement training sessions and materials for new and existing healthcare providers.
∎ Ensure providers are well-informed on Shukhee’s technology, SOPs, and service expectations.
∎ Organize refresher trainings, workshops, and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
∎ Healthcare Provider Onboarding & Relationship Management
