Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing and controlling area sales staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet the sales target and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
∎ Developing necessary procedures and processes to ensure that the sales force operates efficiently and effectively and achieves all sales objectives.
∎ Monitoring the performance of sales staff and take remedial action when necessary to ensure that the sales target is met.
∎ Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company's maximum sales potential is realized in the area.
∎ Monitoring the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in any well reputed pharmaceutical company will be given preference.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
