Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy shop chain in the assigned division, ensuring operational efficiency, stock availability, and service quality.
∎ Monitor and maintain inventory levels across multiple pharmacy shops, ensuring timely ordering and optimal stock rotation.
∎ Ensure all pharmacies in the division adhere to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Supervise and coordinate the activities of pharmacy staff to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
∎ Ensure that the pharmacies maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and product display.
∎ Manage the ordering process for all pharmacy locations within the division, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
∎ Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure efficient delivery of medicines, pharmaceutical products, and other supplies.
∎ Track order history, analyze trends, and recommend improvements in product stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
∎ Ensure that all pharmacy locations adhere to inventory management protocols, including stock-taking, product expiry tracking, and waste management.
∎ Coordinate with regional and branch managers, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation between divisions.
∎ Train and guide pharmacy staff within the division to maintain consistent operational standards.
∎ Assist in the recruitment and performance management of pharmacy personnel, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment, stock levels, sales, and customer satisfaction.
∎ Provide regular reports to senior management on divisional performance, including inventory status, order issues, and operational challenges.
∎ Propose solutions for operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements for better service delivery
