Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
∎ Proven leadership experience in the petroleum industry with 10 to 15 years of work experience, demonstrating a track record of successful sales and marketing efforts.
∎ Strong understanding of logistics, documentation, and after-sales service management.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster effective collaboration with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
∎ Strategic thinking and ability to drive business development initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales and Marketing Leadership:
∎ Spearhead comprehensive sales and marketing efforts for petroleum projects and equipment from renowned European suppliers/principals within the Division.
∎ Inquiry Management:
∎ Capture and manage customer inquiries, crafting and presenting comprehensive offers to clients.
∎ Supplier and Customer Coordination:
∎ Foster effective communication between suppliers and customers, ensuring a seamless exchange of information for the successful collection and submission of offers.
∎ Logistics and Documentation Oversight:
∎ Manage the follow-up processes related to Letter of Credit (L/C), shipment, and other essential documentation with Principals.
∎ Installation and Commissioning Direction:
∎ Direct the installation and commissioning processes for all sold projects and equipment within the Division.
∎ After-Sales Service Management:
∎ Lead the after-sales service initiatives for sold projects and equipment, working closely with the dedicated service team.
∎ Divisional Management:
∎ Oversee the entire Division, including the Workshop at Tejgaon, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency.
∎ Business Development Drive:
∎ Initiate and drive business development strategies to identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the dynamic petroleum industry.
