Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution, Store/ inventory, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control all operations of central depot
∎ Manage and supervise total depot operations of all regions
∎ Prepare schedule to facilitate achievement of sales target and timely delivery of the products
∎ Prepare daily/weekly distribution plan
∎ Process sales order on daily basis, prepare invoices and gate passes and distribute products along with documents
∎ Prepare daily statement on cash, credit, return and product sample statement
∎ Manage distribution expenses and depot inventory
∎ Manage distribution team for effective depot operation
∎ Provide depot operations training
∎ Manage delivery operations including delivery van route to ensure efficient and on-time product delivery
∎ Manage stores & inventory
∎ Prepare monthly route plan & priority set up for supply of product to the customer
∎ Maintain availability of Minimum Stock Level of the depot
∎ Visit routes for the justification of delivery cost
∎ Oversee administration and maintenance of depot assets & vehicles
∎ Responsible for Collection and timely deposit sales proceeds to accounts of the company
∎ Ensure that all Collection is done thoroughly within the stipulated timeframe
∎ Provide periodic reports as and when required by management
∎ Prepare & submit daily/weekly/monthly sales report and market feed-back report
∎ Prepare monthly production schedule as per market demand
∎ Analyze the distribution size of each product, plan for targeted market share & inform the management
∎ Manage overall sale & revenue collection
∎ Coordinate logistic support through production department for day-to-day operation
∎ Maintain liaison with plant for smooth operation
