Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning & Organizing Delivery Management system as per Sales Order and in collaboration with Sales, Production and other concerned departments
∎ Ensure Vehicle Management for timely distribution of Finished Goods
∎ Recommend process improvement initiatives for Efficient Distribution system
∎ Monitor delivery status, Sales order traceability, Stock Inventory level and other important information to ensure flawless delivery management
∎ Ensure Depot/Warehouse Operations management
∎ Prepare and Analyze Distribution cost report and recommend optimized usage of resources
∎ Prepare & analyze RISK matrix for Distribution management system and take appropriate measures.
∎ Proper use of Vehicle tracking system to identify any bottlenecks in distribution channels.
∎ Ensure Effective Communication system between Sales, Production, transport and any other related departments for smooth operations
∎ Ensure Safe & hygiene transportation management of finished goods as per SOP
∎ Distribute work in terms of KPI cascading system, continuous Performance Feedback and Evaluation method.
∎ Maintain and develop a culture of Ethics and Integrity in the workplace

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 44 years
∎ Relevant experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.

Salary: Negotiable
