∎ BDRCS Youth & Volunteers will get preference.
∎ Convenient in communication both English & Bengali.
∎ Basic knowledge of computer operation.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work effectively in a team and respect the opinions of others.
∎ Able to work well under stress and works well with deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work with the Distribution Officer to conduct proficient and timely distribution.
∎ Ensure proper standard distribution center and maintain standard distribution protocol.
∎ Distribute token/invitation card and disseminate proper information to the community regarding distribution.
∎ Active participation in distribution process of Food, Non-Food Items, Hygiene Items and other distributions.
∎ Support the UNHCR litigation team to find out the problems, implement the solution or refer to the concern department.
∎ Ensure standard Complain Feedback Mechanism in the distribution center.
∎ Priorities Extreme Vulnerable Individuals in the distribution and provide porter service to them.
∎ Maintain proper documentation by finding out the back locks.
∎ Liaison with relevant actors for implementation of proper distribution chain.
∎ Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reporting coordinating with the Distribution Officer.
∎ Red Cross - Red Crescent (RCRC) Movement is the largest volunteer organization in the world. Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS) is a national society of the Movement, constituted on 31 March 1973 by the President's Order No. 26 of 1973 with retrospective effect from 16 December 1971. This is the biggest humanitarian organization in Bangladesh. As an auxiliary to the government in the Disaster Management field, BDRCS provides humanitarian assistance to the vulnerable people over the last 50 years and has undertaken a wide range of activities in humanitarian response, disaster management, health, capacity building and in promoting Red Cross/ Red Crescent ideals and principles.
∎ Currently Bangladesh Red Crescent Society is looking for suitable Bangladeshi candidate for the following position of its Myanmar Refugee Relief Operations (MRRO), Cox’s Bazar:
∎ Project Name : Myanmar Refugee Relief Operations (MRRO), Cox’s Bazar
∎ Reportable To : Camp Officer
∎ Age Limit :30 years (Age limit will be relaxed in case of potential candidates)
∎ Job Description / Responsibility:
