Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Guideline Implementation: Develop and enforce a set of clear disciplinary guidelines tailored to Jesica & Jaisha’s age and needs.
∎ Monitoring: Regularly observe and assess Jesica & Jaisha’s behavior to ensure adherence to the guidelines.
∎ Communication: Maintain open and constructive communication with Jesica & Jaisha’s to explain expectations and consequences.
∎ Documentation: Keep detailed records of behavioral incidents and the corresponding disciplinary actions taken.
∎ Feedback: Provide feedback and suggest improvements to the guidelines as necessary to adapt to Jesica & Jaisha’s evolving needs.
∎ Role Overview:
∎ We are seeking a responsible and proactive individual to oversee and implement disciplinary guidelines for Jessica (age-12) & Jaisha (age 8). The role involves ensuring that behavioral expectations are communicated clearly and that consistent disciplinary actions are maintained to support positive development.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
