Job Context:
∎ Hospital Director is responsible for organizing and overseeing the health and medical services and daily activities of a hospital and diagnostic/ lab facility. He manages staff and budgets, communicate between departments and ensure adequate patient care amongst other duties. To ensure success, Hospital Director should be confident and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills that will contribute to the efficient functioning of Saic General Hospital. The Director will have to work well under pressure while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and can effectively react to emergency situations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Solve real-world challenges with modern theories of leadership, management and negotiation
∎ • Integrate marketing, operations, personnel, and financial initiatives
∎ • Assess risk using financial, statistical and economic data, and create manageable solutions
∎ • Serve as a liaison among governing boards, medical staff, and department managers
∎ • Organize, control, and coordinate services as per the hospital board regulations
∎ • Perform all duties within regulations of Saic General Hospital
∎ • Oversee the development and implementation of programs and policies for patient services, quality assurance, public relations and department activities
∎ • Practice financial acumen in managing budgets
∎ • Critical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
∎ • Great attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
∎ • Superb organizational, administrative and planning skills
∎ • Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years

∎ • At least ten (10) years’ experience as a Director in a Medical Facility/ Hospital/ Diagnostic Center/ Health Related NGO
∎ • At least seven (7) years’ experience in Administrative Arena
∎ • Age 40 to 45 years
∎ • Directors need sharp business skills to handle long-term planning, development of operating objectives and budgets, and creation of an overall system for efficient delivery of medical services.
∎ • TheProfessional also reviews financial reports, managed care contracts and major expenditures. He often establishes and administers policies, and ensures they are uniformly understood and followed
∎ • Hospital Director must stay up-to-date with new healthcare laws and regulations, as well as medical and technological advances. A hospital administrator’s interpersonal skills come into use when supervising and mentoring staff, communicating with the community and interfacing with the top Management
∎ • Monitor the performance and contribution of each Hospital Staff and ensure the KPI
