Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS degree from a reputed government approved institution. Diploma/Certification in Hospital Administration or in the relevant field would be a definite plus At least 20 years of experience in clinical and medical administration in globally reputed Hospitals with at least 2-4 years of experience in similar role
∎ Proven leadership and management experience
∎ Proven experience is legislative advocacy, negotiation, and persuasion.

Job Context:
∎ DMS ensures effective and efficient delivery of the quality clinical care consistent with the Hospital`s mission, vision, and values. He/ she is responsible for planning, organizing, directing the Medical Services Division which includes physician recruitment, retention, and relations.
∎
∎ The position reports directly to CEO & Managing Director of Evercare Hospital Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruits and supervises all medical and paramedical services in the Hospital
∎ Ensures the full implementation of quality control systems and patients' safety programs
∎ Ensures that the medical staffs and facility comply with the government rules, regulations, and codes
∎ Enhances the cooperation between Nurses, Physicians, and other departments
∎ Implements an effective mechanism for redressal of customer/patient complaint related to medical services and take preventative measure to prevent recurrence Directs the team for all matters related to various government approvals with regards to licenses, doctors, nurses, medical & medicolegal affairs and ensures that necessary approvals are received on time from the competent authority
∎ Formulates strategy and policies with appropriate reflection of situational analysis and practice of benchmark organizations
∎ Conducts staff development needs and facilitates development programs
∎ Monitors, controls, and reviews the appraisals and reward programs in association with HR
∎ Prepares, manages, and monitors divisional operating budgets in coordination with CFO
∎ Provides input to Finance for formulating strategy and designing tariff for relevant services.
