Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ MBBS with a Master in Public Health (MPH) and/or, a relevant postgraduate degree would be an advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Physician

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leads day-to-day operations of 350 bedded corporate hospital.
∎ Develops and tracks organizational goals and objectives.
∎ Manages, trains, and evaluates medical services staff.
∎ Hire and onboard new medical services staff.
∎ Develops and implements policies and procedures.
∎ Provides or advises on patient care when necessary.
∎ Collaborates with nurses, doctors, and administrators.
∎ Designs continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives.
∎ Ensures that all guidelines, regulations, and standards regarding medical services are met.
∎ Enhances cooperation between Nurses, Physicians, and relevant medical departments.
∎ Evaluates and diffuse any tension that arises in medical services units.
∎ Performs other duties as assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15 years of physician experience along with at least 5 years of management experience.
∎ Works calmly in a fast-paced corporate healthcare facility.
∎ Manages medical staff and has strong leadership skills.
∎ Implements actionable plans to achieve goals and objectives.
∎ Collaborates with coworkers and has strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Communicates effectively and has strong public speaking skills.
∎ Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
∎ Develops strong relationships with patients and the patient parties.
∎ Should have unique interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
