Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS with Master of Public Health (in Hospital Management (MPH-HM) or relevant Post Graduate Degree.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 25 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have capability and experience to lead 200 to 500 bedded hospital.
∎ Will be responsible for and have to ensure delivering the best quality Of patients care.
∎ Assist in formulating Clinical Policy and Procedures.
∎ Exercise professional leadership and organize. manage and evaluate quality within clinical and non clinical services, ensuring that professional policies. practice and its application are evidence/research based and of a recognized standard.
∎ Provide sound environment at Indoor-Outdoor and Office Management,
∎ Implement clinical policy and procedures.
∎ Ensure schedule timing and responsibilities, effective and efficient duties Of all employees/staffs in the hospital.
∎ Perform other duties specially given by the higher authorities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 50 years
∎ At least 25 years among which minimum 5 years as Director Hospital or similar role.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Hospital Administration. Operation and Medical Services
∎ Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership. communication. persuasion, motivation. loyalty, and openness.
