∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in EEE/Mechanical Engineering from any reputed public/private University.
∎ Advance knowledge/Certificate in Industrial Management will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Overall operational (Production, Maintenance and Administration) responsibility of
∎ Nabil Industrial Park as a whole.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing, managing and executing all mechanical and electrical maintenance procedure of Nabil Industrial Park/Poultry Farm/Cattle Farm/Inna Agro/Naba Agro.
∎ Maintain and monitor daily maintenance and production progress in a systematic process.
∎ Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly production report for higher management.
∎ Take responsibilities of purchasing quality raw materials.
∎ Develop and maintain cost effective strategy for store and inventory management.
∎ Responsible for smooth factory operation.
∎ Ensure work, health and safety issues throughout the factory premises including standard fire security system.
∎ Monitoring and developing the overall factory security system.
∎ Maintain and established industrial safety, social compliance and human rights as per Labor Law
∎ Prepare and ensure all necessary documents for audit as per BSTI & ISO requirements.
∎ Prepare and submit annual production plan for driving the performance of key result areas on production activities.
∎ Any other relevant tasks given by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ At least 20 years work experience in relevant field.
∎ Advanced degree/training on Supply Chain Management will get preference.
