Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc/ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any Public University (Preferably from BUET, CUET, RUET, DUET).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Designing, Operation & Maintenance, Planning, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities for this position will include but not limited to:
∎ To be responsible for all construction works and project management of Rupayan Housing Estate Ltd.
∎ Develop long term development plans.
∎ To be responsible for budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
∎ Capable to manage high rise and large construction/township projects proficiently and ensure timely delivery of all projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 15 years of which 5 years in similar position with proven track record in renowned real estate companies.

Salary: Negotiable
