∎ NESL now invites applications from competent candidates for the post of Directional Driller for employment with our prospective clients working in oil and gas industry.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising running of motors & drilling jars.
∎ Ensuring that all operations are conducted as per client well programmed agreed between Contractor, client and if needed third party service providers
∎ Recommending drilling BHA and drilling parameters for directional / performance vertical drilling and side tracking operation.
∎ Checking accuracy of output plots, print outs and relevant well documentation.
∎ Maintaining up to date record of all drilling parameters and BHA.
∎ Submitting daily (24 hours) summary of drilling activities including drilling parameter, detailed of BHA, any problem encountered during last 24 hours and recommendation for enhancement of drilling performance in English.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Strong customer focus with good interpersonal skills and cultural sense.
