Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Project Supervisor who is able to supervise the construction site of a factory building.
∎ Job Location: Katchpur, Sonargaon, Narayangonj.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall construction management of the assigned project;
∎ Monitoring the work of site Engineer & Construction labor group and work as a team;
∎ Scheduling control and reporting of project work progress;
∎ Scrutinize the goods received at site and report to Project Management Authority;
∎ Scrutinize the bills received from vendors and forward to Project Management Authority ;
∎ Prepare project work schedule, time action plan and BOQ;
∎ Assuring quality of construction work;
∎ Regular monitoring of project activities and take corrective measure accordingly;
∎ Prepare effective program planning, implementation and monitoring of project activities;
∎ Follow-up the Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing drawing & necessary co-ordination with the related persons;
∎ To co-ordinate with senior management and project Engineer;
∎ Ensure timely completion of works as per schedule;
∎ Update daily project work activity;
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guidelines and policy;

∎ 3 to 5+ year(s) practical experience in a Construction site.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Construction Building, Project Management
∎ Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports;
