Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles.
∎ Calculation of level for earth/sand filling.
∎ Provide building layout, pile point layout, roof leveling etc.
∎ Prepare and maintenance of all data, charts, plots, maps, records and documents related to surveys.
∎ Maintain proper level of all component of the project as per drawing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have expertise to operate the total station, theodolite and level machine.
∎ Have a readable capacity of land related documents and knowing Autocad software.
∎ Should have patience to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication, interpersonal and liaison skills are mandatory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ AutoCAD, quantity surveyor, Survey, Surveyor
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer

Salary: Negotiable
